 WFBF Delist the Wolf Campaign

I guess the call to action is for each of us to contact our congressmen and especially our senators to not only support H.R. 845 but to make sure they get the support from other legislators to get it passed.  Tom Tiffany was one of the main authors and Ron Johnson supports it.  Tammy Baldwin says she supports delisting, but is hesitant about this bill because she wants continued court override, which is no solution, as we have seen for the last 25 years.  Tammy loves to say she supports farmers, this is a chance to prove it.  This is obviously from a farmers perspective, but deer hunters in wolf country, and the infrastructure that supports them (restaurants, gas stations, sporting goods shops, motels, even hunting real estate brokers) are all struggling due to a decimated deer herd in many areas.

The bill has languished due to all the nonsense in Washington, but it's a good bill and if congress gets tens of thousands of requests to get it passed, hopefully it will be enough to get them to quit playing politics and help regular citizens.
